Darling I wonder if you could even tell
That there are flowers growing
In places I once fell
I opened up my heart to you
I opened it so wide
And you couldn’t find the strength
to confront all your weakness
so you tried to steal mine
And I don’t know
How you live with yourself
But all I really need to know
Is that’s for someone else to figure out
I place my feet on the corner of the mat
I’m building muscles I didn’t know I had
I place my feet on the corner of the mat
You have lost control of me
I’m gonna back flip outta this
And you can watch the replay
In slow motion
I’m the one with the pretty little arc
In my back
I’m the one with the pretty little arc
in my back
There was so much love I had for you
A gift you left unwrapped
Oh I’ll leave it in the past
Cuz I won’t go back
Back to a place
Where you’ll manipulate
All my vulnerabilities
What’s beautiful in me
My sensitivity
And I don’t know
How you live with yourself
But all I really need to know
Is that’s for someone else to figure out
I place my feet on the corner of the mat
I’m building muscles I didn’t know I had
I place my feet on the corner of the mat
You have lost control of me
I’m gonna back flip outta this
And you can watch the replay
In slow motion
I’m the one with the pretty little arc
In my back
I’m the one with the pretty little arc
in my back
(Chorus repeats)
Chalk on my hands
And I smell metal
I’m gonna collect my “10” (X6)
But I know
Today I feel strength
But tomorrow
I will feel like total garbage
I will feel like
Nothing
Nothing

Lemme tell you I'm a fan of The Drums since 2012, I was the mad guy who translated the whole Encyclopedia album in Spanish when The Drums were lacking of Latin American fans. Those videos reached so many Latin American people and now they're doing well in Latin America. Yes, this doesn't sound like the old Drums but I still love this because it sounds very experimental, it reminds me of Bjork, if the whole album is gonna be like this then I'm more than fine with it.
