I love how you at the end, just got up and walked away. Like an MMA fighter does when they know, that the last punch or kick they was delivered was the KO factor and just walks away, instead of going in for the finish. Great stuff Girl. Have enjoyed your skill for years, so from me to you. Thank you once again.

Sina, watching you work on the drums is truly mesmerizing! The driving fast beat on the drums reminds me a lot of your Motorhead's Ace of Spades cover. It's a quick paced song and of course you crushed it with great precision and speed as always! Thank you for introducing us to The Pretty Reckless. The music is top notch!!

"Oh my God, wish I was thin
Wish I was vain on more human being
I'm just like them
Stuck in the dirt
I am a victim of my own self-worth
And now I wanna take it back
I wanna take it back
I wanna take it back
To when I was so dumb and so innocent"
RAWRRRRR!!!🤟😎🤟

OMG, It's Another One From Me! THE SONG - "Oh My God" is a song from The Pretty Reckless which is an American rock band from NYC, New York. It was written by Taylor Momsen (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Ben Phillips (lead guitar, backing vocals). It appeared as the second song on their third studio album 'Who You Selling For'. The album was recorded at Water Music in Hoboken, New Jersey from 2015 to 2016. The album was released on Oct 21, 2016 and "Oh My God", the second of three singles, was released on Sept 9, 2016. 'Who You Selling For' opened at #13 on the Billboard 200 selling nearly 20,000 copies. It reached #2 on Billboard's Alternative chart, #4 on the Billboard Rock Album chart and #12 in Canada. It debuted at #23 on the Official Albums Chart and #2 on the Rock Albums Chart in the UK with over 4,000 albums sold in the first week of release. It hit #24 in New Zealand. It achieved Top 40 status in Australia (#33) and Germany (#38). "Oh My God" peaked at #2 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart and #31 on the Canada Rock chart. On Oct 13, 2016, The Pretty Reckless were interviewed by Louder. Momsen said 'Who You Selling For' represented how she and the band were feeling. She said the album "covers a wide range of emotion and thought.” She continued, “I think, in all honesty, we want everyone to have their own interpretation of it so I don’t want to clarify or specify any sort of direction. I’d really like the listener and the audience to hear it for themselves and however they take it. Once you release something, it’s no longer yours, it’s everyone else’s interpretation and however they take it. I like to leave that open.” Asked if the songs touched on anxiety, Momsen explained, “Simplifying the record to anxiety is too limited. We don’t set out to write some sort of concept record. There’s no ‘we’re going to write about this’, there’s not a blueprint. In ten years we’ll probably look back at this record and see it in a whole new perspective than we do now.” Louder asked, "There’s a real classic rock vibe to the album. Would you say you’re more inspired by a bygone era of rock than whatever modern trends are happening in alternative music?" Momsen replied, "The term ‘classic’ does not mean old, it’s classic for a reason, which means it’s exceptional. It lasts every generation and will continue to last as long as the earth is turning and music can be played, so yes, we are influenced by those records. It’s more like a renaissance of music.” When asked about the song "Oh My God", Momsen said, "I don’t wanna get too specific, it’s not that simple…" Co-writer Ben Phillips interjected, “If you take that song literally, and I don’t think people do when they hear it, but if you break it down and ask questions about it…” Momsen continued, "...it kind of rips away the whole point of the song, which is desperation.” Phillips added, "I think that song is desperate desire to be more than you are." FUN FACTS - Taylor Momsen is a former actress. She portrayed the character of Jenny Humphrey on the US TV teen drama series Gossip Girl (2007–2012) and Cindy Lou Who in the film How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000). Mom and I hope all of you are keeping well. I wanted her to post this write-up but she said I did all the work so... ;)
