You should definitely explore more Indian foods (they r endless, u won't be able to try even half of them in your journey), indian dresses.... u will love them, u should definitely take some back with you.... indian desserts/sweets, they have a whole different varieties, whether sweet, spongy, pluffy, soft, coconut, healthy one (pinni-- our dadis make them at home during winters and they r the healthiest u can say), even sugarfree sweets available in good restaurants..
