I remember the day i raised my vibration back in 2012 through meditation, breath work, physical gestures, and thought. The human psyche is fragile but the will is strong. I've heard both the story of the Taoist farmer and the lotus eaters. Ironically, they resonate with me the most. Not to mention Alan Watts, who I listened to daily until I started hearing him repeat messages. At that point you really feel what was most important to him. It's very serendipitous and feels like I was meant to watch this video.
Your messages are helping me in my darkest time when guided meditations seem to be leading me a stray or in circles. I do meditate without them but I become unsure what to meditate on.
