THANK YOU SO FAMN MUCH FOR HELPING ME CONFIRM WHERE TO GET THE EPIC AETHER TOOL SCHEMATIC! I haven't like, intensely, intensely, grinded tier 3 for it but like.. I've still done loads of like, tier 3 only contracts over multiple matches now and even then I've done an uncountable amount with only doing a couple or so tier 1 or 2 contracts to be a little better prepared for tier 3 farming. And I've gotten the tool itself a good bit, and then felt a fair bit disappointed the more and more this goes on for me, that it wasn't the schematic instead. It feels like it doesn't exist for me, I was only missing the epic tool schematic for like, around as long as it's been something you can get lucky to extract with. Sure, I don't play MW3 all the time, I got VR finally on new years and as I had expected ever since I really began to want VR, the VRChat addiction happened within the first couple days basically. I hear they also increased drop rates for things like that, right? Definitely doesn't feel like that, but then again the only thing I'm missing should just be the mag of holding atm, I got lucky with my first time doing the countermeasures version of the dark aether contracts and extracted with the key schematic, I still need to learn what it does, I should probably figure that out after I'm done ranting XD Maybe its just my luck getting used up by getting literally everything else even if it still took a while for a couple things, all pretty fast enough with only 1 to maybe 2 things being a gift from one of those cool randoms saying merry christmas and dropping stuff they did the tombstone method with.
Again, thank you, I now know the info I was given is indeed correct. The game just refuses to let me be a collector and have my last schematic... Well, with the recent stuff that came out I do still need the mag of holding currently, at least I know I'm not wasting my time specifically going after the epic aether tool schematic, hopefully this doesn't continue to go on for me much longer. To anyone experiencing very similar pain with one of these random chance drops, good luck out there, I pray for your sanity '-'

If the new dark aether keeps giving you the same schematics or duplicates, take the schematics out of the rift and hold them in your bag. When I did this, I finally got the mags of holding to drop in the last contract reward. Maybe its luck or maybe there is something to it, worth a try so you might not have to run it 9 times like I did

I am so glad I recently upgraded to PC, custom zombies is where it's at and as I've waited this long I've got an amazing library from steam works shop to play...... I've already got 20 odd DL'd in 2 weeks lol

With the mags of holding shouldn’t you use the smallest mag size so you get the extra movement speed and other buffs???

If your solo like me and are finding it impossible to make an aether run you can always either hang around the cemetery and find someone duping schematics or join a random group

mega aboms can easy be cheesed, just by throwing thermite charges into the maw the moment the mega abom shoots the charged beam at you. bc after the thermite charge goes out,
the head of the mega abom explodes and when all 3 heads are down the mega abom just straight up dies...

2:30 I always throw 2 inhibitors on the eggs, they break down much faster this way, almost instantly after you throw the 2nd one. Pick them up again and repeat!

Shout out to the random players that drop schematics for others. I was at an exfil and a random showed up and just dropped me all tier 3 schematics. Gold plates, Aether blade, dog bone, flawless crystal, etc. It was like Christmas lol
