With inflation running at a four-decade high, a Recession is now the ‘most likely outcome for the economy. How can I grow my portfolio to outpace inflation and maintain a successful long-term strategy? I have been reading of investors making about $250k profit in this current crashing market, and I need ideas on how to achieve similar profits.

Real estate investing changed my life... I own a health food store for my "day job" but when I started buying rental properties about 7 years ago is when my net worth really started to climb. I'm in a college town so there is always a strong rental market especially around the university. Haven't gotten into commercial properties yet but I'd like to eventually. Great video yet again Mark!

Recession or no recession, volatility or no volatility, we cannot let the noise on the street nor the fear of the masses drive our decision making when it comes to investing. Otherwise, we will ultimately lose. Unfortunately, far too many think near-term when investing is a long-term sport. Right now is the PERFECT opportunity to be doubling down on high quality investments and practicing patience. There is a reason why the rich get richer during market mayhem as they capitalize on the average Joe selling out of fear... !

Most peoples problem with a recession is the mindset, they accept it will be bad and this becomes their destiny and as a finance director most of my clients have only ever complained about the recession, rather than asking what they can do to benefit from it. If you can switch your mindset you can have amazing success in a recession. This has given me some inspiration for my video on how business should approach the recession. Thanks for the help 😊

I used to believe that everyone loses during a recession, but some make millions. Similarly, I thought everyone went out of business in the Great Depression, but some started new ventures. In short, tough times bring losses for some and profits for others, all rooted in the right mindset. Now, I've saved $220k for the future, even though I'm a complete beginner.
