I'm glad you brought up how much health care insecurity contributes to this! Instead of going down the path of censorship, people should consider single payer and a living wage as a remedy. No conspiracy is needed to see how few people own the wealth and how anti trust negligence and open corruption has buried average people under foreclosures, opioid addictions, and medical bankruptcies.
