As You Are is G#-A-E. then C#m-G#-A-E.
Blue Eyes is E-C#m-G#-A-E, then G#-A-E, then E-G#-A-G#. Slightly different.
Fell In Love is G-C and G-E or something, it's very odd. Feel free to correct me or anything.
Mashed Potato Baby is G-C-D-G-C-G-C-D and the tremolo picking is 12-11-14-16 and 12-11-12-11-12-11-9-7 on the G string.
Hollow is Bm-D-G-F#. The part after the first chorus is 4-2 on the D string and 5-2 on the A string.
The Bay is A-C#-E-A. The part over that is 9 on the high e string, 9-10-9 on B. That repeats a few times, then the 9 on e is replaces with a 12. I did a cover of this whole song (solo included) if you need to get a closer look.
