Someone who was never meant to be a large-scale manager ends up as a large-scale manager, fails and realizes this failure so he brings in a proper manager and moves to creative roles that he's good at while being transparent to viewers and genuinely facilitating change based on feedback

I'd say calling it a downfall is a bit clickbaity. The channel is so huge, and his media empire is so successful that this is already something they've basically moved past. I hope that they have learned a lesson from this as too many of these types of events could eventually doom the channel and brand, but not this one event by itself.
