Very cool to see things developing like always. And I know, that no matter what, this won't be a monetarily rewarding project, so I find it quite admirable the amount of time and money you're putting into this. You're doing great work, and I hope you stick with it!
Thoughts on Stealth Kills:
1. Since combat will likely be more involved compared to the original, stealth kills are a good way to reward a player for taking their time and being cunning by eliminating an enemy without draining resources like Blood or Magic.
2. It suits the character pretty well: Kain is arrogant but also ruthless and lacks scruples. I think he'd absolutely seize the advantage when presented. And it does reinforce the vampire bit, being stalkers of the night and all.

The Reaver should be about 3/4 the size of Kain's body imo.

Fantastic work ! And stealth kills are a must, you are playing a vampire, just make sure it doesn't become the focus of the combat gameplay.
Blood Omen 2 had nice stealth kills.
