Thanks for your comment. I'm Stefan, And I've been Lucid Dreaming for several years, I studied Psychology at A level, and then extensively in my own time I just learned things about psychology, The mind, Personal Development and of course, Lucid Dreaming. It's been a passion of mine for several years. My Lucid dreaming frequency of course varies, sometimes it's several in one night, and other times just 4 a week. It depends what I'm up to at the time, but it's certainly regular. For example, if one week I'm very busy and working on another website project online, I'll be focused on that and maybe won't do reality checks or be as mindful about lucid dreaming as I normally am. Usually though, I lucid dream at least every night or two. I got to this point by simple trial and error, and a LOT of determination and motivation. I just kept trying and trying until I eventually realized that I'm actually pretty good at the whole thing now.. When I started however, I found it difficult.  Thanks for your comment :)

You're making good videos, but I like to know who I'm learning from. For how long have you been lucid dreaming? What's your lucid dreaming frequency? And how did you get to this point in your lucid-ability? I believe these are fair questions that people have the right to know the answer to if they are going to follow your advice.
