The FDLR are genocide perpetrators who have stated that it is their intention to return to Rwanda to perpetuate another genocide- Rwanda has every right to send troops after them to ensure they face justice!
What’s the point in Kagame stopping the 1994 genocide if the perpetrators are camping out across the border, arming up for round 2?

It’s not rwanda’s responsibility to take care of the congo.
UN Press Statement – November 30, 2022
The UN is “deeply concerned about ongoing inter communal violence in Western DRC between the Suku, Mbala, Yansi, Songe, Luba, Kongo, Yaka and Teke ethnic communities. Several people have been injured and killed, numerous homes looted and burned and the FARDC have been attacked.”

here are more 120 Congolese rebel groups in eastern Congo alone. M23 is just one one them. Some of these rebel groups are actually fighting M23. Like the Mai Mai, wazalendo and most notorious FDRL an anti-Tutsi genocidaire, Congo backed rebel group wanting to overthrow the government in Rwanda. Secondly for decades there has been an attempted ethic cleansing of Congolese Tutsi or Rwanda speaking Congolese in Eastern Congo which Congolese Gov, refuse to accept as Congolese and openly encourage their extermination since the partition of borders in 1885 by king leopold of Belgium. Currently there are 100 thousands of Congolese Tutsis in refugee camps for 28+ years in Rwanda and Uganda whereby some M23 may be coming from who were denied rights to return to their land. What I am trying to say is this is as simple as saying Rwanda vs Congo. The most responsibilities falls on the Congo government and there are fundamental issues to the conflict that first need to be resolved by the government of Congo, otherwise any blaming Rwanda or any other solutions will be just an excuse for failing to address their internal issues and incompetence to deal with their problems instead finding excuses else where.

I have been called by God for community work alongside the local church in Kisangani, since 2004. Since 2014 I am unable to reach Kisangani due to instigated and perpetuated Conflict Mineral wars, apparently "softened" by calling it ethnic conflicts? The mighty Church in DRC and worldwide makes NO difference in the region. The AU is unable to silence the guns in Africa. My humble but firm impression is that "rebels" are clothed, paid and armed by Western sponsors and Asian go-between merchants or manufacturers who all plunder the Congo for "cheap" and critical Conflict Minerals, ultimately needed by the West for the latest mobile devices, automated control systems, med beds, green technology, AI, IT, digital IDs, machinery of war and space stations. The Gospel of Peace had departed from eastern DR Congo, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. God was possibly killed somewhere between Goma and Kisangani, - just after 1959, - or withdrew His hand from the dishonest corruption in Africa's governments and churches, including South Africa?

75 years of series of problems in congo, congolese still happy (very satisfied) with explanation from western politicians and their media now working hard to show rwanda's hand in congo's mess😂
While that happen, the West will be very happy to say in congo through what they call UN aid such as monusco a UN force that intelligent people call a permanent and discret occupation force !! Bref to stay close to both congolese and its ressources western countries will point fingers on rwanda😂

yes but the uk want in on that gold and minerals too.
it's funny how Rwanda is keen for people to 'visit' them and for them to be more than happy to take the uk's unwanted immigrants but a few miles down the road they let these people suffer like that.
its totally not right for sunak to have anything to do with Rwanda until somthing is done about this.
