My wife asked me to listen to this song alone with my ear phones. To hear this song was so much of memory of my life. Im 44 but 24 years when I was in the Marine Corps I met my wife. We were so broken from our lives and wanted to have family but both had no idea we were all that really was. We eloped and just clung to each other. She lost her father just a year before I met her. And I lost mine when I was eight. Sometimes you just have to ride away together and just be thankful you have each other. Now 24 years later and 8 kids of our own we are thankful to God for his giving us what we had always wanted a family.
