The best numbing method Ive used is Bactine. The artist dips their papertowel in it instead of water to wipe the excess ink. This keeps you numb consistently. The only drawback is that it needs open skin, so he would do the whole outlone and then start with bactine for the color/shading. But since the outline is first, your pain tolerance is a bit higher.

Very nice! Like i wrote a couple months ago below an other of your videos, i am so excited to see the final version of it.
I wish you and all your love ones a good and healthy time since this f...cking virus is coming back strong again. Back in the springtime even the tattoo shops were closed in many countries like here in Germany...
And 24 is a great age, enjoy anything you do. :)
I feel like a grandpa being 38 1/2 right now.

I'm 27 but I still have the young person reflex of always assuming people are older than me. So when I hear someone (an adult person) is younger than me, I'm like whaaat? XD It always surprises me for some reason.
I love the progress of your back piece! It's gonna look even more perfect with the other side 🖤
Happy Birthday btw, even if I'm late 🎉

Keep the good work up 👍 you should make a video about the healing process of tattoos like all the bad stuff and how long it takes for it to heal. I think it would help some people before getting their first tattoo. Most of them don't know what they're getting into since you don't find alot about it online. Greetings from Germany:)
