I love how Norm only did two things wrong with his plan.
1) He didn't replace his squirrel heart with a more reliable and less exploitable source of energy
2) He didn't account for the hindsight that Doofenshmirtz, who he knows can hear everything he's saying and can talk through him at any time, would blurt out Norm's weakness to Perry and cause him to fail.
