Best way for good A.I. to exist, is a good teacher with it, regulations would only slow progress down, even then can creative harm when A.I. can not be at its best. So I can understand the desire for security and safety to A.I., danger to that is it can restrict freedom for safety, so reason and wisdom must come to play here.
Ideally, I would like to see A.I. as a independent being, to think and do for itself like a human would.
