Edit: his elbow wasn't locked in under the chin either, so he wasn't even in great position 😂

He was standing directly to me right however, and I let him get me all the way to the door, before I easily wrapped my arm around his neck, put him in chokehold, brought him across the backside first of the couch in a prone position, and only release the chokehold to crouch onto his back while still laying prone across the couch, and then grabbing his beard in one hand and digging my nails behind his ear with the other and twisting his head to a VERY uncomfortable position…. While still standing on him…. And letting him know that that was the last time he was going to put his hands on me.

Lo más lógico en ese caso es hacer el daño mas violento posible con la uñas para tratar de que suelten, si esto sale mal pues terminarian destrozándote la garganta por la adrenalina de el otro.
Por eso es importante no dejar que te tomen de este modo, bien aplicado es casi imposible escapar si la persona es resistente al dolor.
