Thank you for being the first shifter to bring up the fact there is a weird dream like thing to it because anytime I've mentioned it I've been attacked by people who haven't even shifted yet lmao. Even whilst there, and whilst feeling all the sensations, if I concentrated enough I could feel my physical body. It's like a hyper vivid dream that you don't have entire control over despite being conscious.
