Everyone in that apartment complex needs to band together, keep details notes on everything this creep does. Then take all of their notes, pictures, videos, etc to the police. This guy may live in the building but he seems to think every lady who also lives there are free to harass & stalk. Not cool. And it can't be legal just bc he lives in the building.

I dont know about american law...obviously. but in the uk you dont get squatters rights instantly. You have to be squatting for something like 2 or 3 years. Wild that such an expensive complex "can't do anything", especially with police involved. Thank feck they sre at least all looking out for each other but still. The creep is a menace.

I think every apartment complex has a creep. My elderly neighbor who have lived here a lot longer than me warned me about an old man with two dogs that walks around looking into people windows and stalking women! I always keep my eye out and wait to leave the house if I see him outside! Better safe than sorry and it’s always a good idea to make friends with multiple neighbors in case u need help!!

Ugh it’s so hard to get rid of someone (kicked out) everyone who he’s doing this to needs to get a restraining order! But this sounds like the case( if this is true and not TikTok drama) it will keep going on until someone’s hurt 😢

I have a co-worker like that who has a problem with me choosing not to socialize with him to the point he's complained to the boss about me. He acts innocent, but is extremely creepy about it and plays dumb when people push him away or reject him. He's been way persistent with me and the boss kind of brushes it off and coddles him. Ive worked there almost 19 years now and am not going to let one or two people ruin it for me. I'll have no choice but to go over my bosses head, which i really don't want to do if he continues with chasing after me socially in the workplace

We had a neighborhood creep.. it was a neighbors boyfriend but she had been trying to get rid of him… the police couldn’t do anything because of his squatters rights… well we ended up finding out that he was taking videos of the kids around and lord knows what he was doing with that… so even though we don’t all always get along a group of dads went to confront him and he pulled out a freaking gun! Middle of summer all the kids were outside.. we were grabbing random kids and throwing them into whoever’s house we could. Cops were called and he finally got arrested and trespassed etc.

Ive never heard of an apartment complex like this that has a community coffee machine and group chat and penthouses. Lol i must be too poor. But I am so creeped out for these women. They deserve to be safe in their own home. I also understand the level of delusion that some people have. I can tell my ex to not come to my house, to leave me alone, everyday of my life. And never be nice to him. And remind him we are not together and dont want to be with him. Etc etc etc. Block him. Get a no trespass on him. And he will still show up to my house and be like "hey babe."......🤦♀️ we have children together so.he uses them as a way to get to me.
Some people cant read a room or take a hint. And that is beyond frustrating.

Something's not right here...how can he have squatter's rights that quickly? I 100% believe this woman, but i dont believe the property management. I think theyre unwilling to spend the money to evict him.

So if this creeper is using "Squatter's Rights", fine. Wait until he goes to the gym to do his creeper stuff. While he's there, have security escort him from the building. And at the same time, have a maintenance worker immediately change the locks on this creepers apartment. He can't squat where he can't enter.
