I noticed that before the coach called you into the office that you did the skill set selection and bunting was an option. You went with hand eye coordination instead. If you go to Practice Field, sometimes drag bunting will be on there as well. That's the only non equipment way to level up your bunting.

Hit by pitch while bunting is the same as swinging at a pitch, missing, and getting hit by the pitch. Basically dead ball strike 3

so mighty when you bunted the ball it hit your hand which means that when it went fair it was an out. For example: i was in my game once and then my teamate swung at the ball it hit him then it was strike three thats what happened
