Anyway here is a brownie recipe
Here's a simple recipe for making brownies:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- ยพ cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup (120g) chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9x13 inch (23x33cm) baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
