It may have been years since I’ve read the books, but that looked absolutely nothing like the books at all — there were probably two things I recognized, and everything else was entirely new

Somehow this doesn’t feel nearly as tangible as the film and books. Saying that I’d be impressed if it was a case of misleading us through the trailer which feels kinda off putting and the series turned out to be 🔥 don’t know I feel about the Field Guide having pages spread out everywhere. Kinda defeats the purpose of keeping it safe 🤔

Im confused really, because the movie was good, what is the reason to have a series at all?
Freddie was perfect, almost all the cast were. The mc is supposed to be a kid, so whats with this teenager playing hero? Actually, whats with this remake series? Cant classic movies remain as they are without turning them to series. Jeez.

My heart. This was so beautiful for me as a kid. All of my imagination and inspiration mixed together with the divinity and mystery of nature. I could ask for nothing more beautiful and encompassing. It has filled me with so much awe.
