Tiny suggestion, put the commercials at the very beginning or end, can't sleep or meditate with commercials popping up throughout.. You can pin a note explaining where the commercials are, so people can prepare themselves! If I wasn't disabled & on a fixed income of less than $900 a month, I'd pay you!! 💚🌟🌵 PS.
