Probably nobody's going to read this but I have to say it... Three day before my dad passed away, we were on the car, he was taking me to church when this song came along on the radio. He started singing it. He smiled at me and told me everything was going to be okay. I miss him so much. Only God knows when it's our time to leave.

Hearing this song for the first time, on the radio, was like a religious experience for me. I had just landed in Medford, Oregon, and was driving my rental car from the airport towards my hotel. I channel-surfed the radio for a few minutes until I found a likable radio station... within a few minutes, this song came on. I was choked up, tears in my eyes.... this song resonated in my spirit like an epiphany.... I forgot about going to the hotel and drove instead to the nearest record store I could find, and bought Joan's album on cassette. I still listen to the song regularly, 30 years later, and it still gives me goosebumps.
