You have a voice that will calm the common beast. My cat usually makes night time a real struggle to get her to leave me alone so I can sleep. I've discovered that if I don't use my sleep mask/ head phones and let her listen to your meditations also, she is a lot calmer and she lets me sleep. When I turn on your meditations she wants to be really close to my device so she can hear you better. It's funny how much she just mellows out at the sound of your voice. Thanks for a good night's sleep.

Oddly, I listened to this last night and slept so soundly that I’m not even sure what you said. Lol! But I “lost it” with a male contractor a few days ago over the pace of the progress on my project. My future and hopefully last home/community is riding on the success of it. And it’s been slow. And expensive. I decided to choose this video last night because I thought maybe I could improve my managerial skills somehow . I think I come off as “too nice” and “a buddy.” I prefer to be treated with respect and fairness. I’m hoping that I can grow through this experience and be ready for meeting my tribe in my next chapter of life. Thank you for a great night’s sleep! 🙏🏻💕

Lol 💜 I've been waiting for something like this one and one on internal digestive health.. my nerves have me and my guts tied up in knots I'm trying to bring myself back without all the medications and heaven forbid procedures they'd wanna do. I've had many lysis of adhesions surgeries I think it feeds off my anxiety. I need it all to stop. Id rather try this acupressure cupping chiropractic care then take their dang pills. I'm over it.
