J'ai marchĂ© sur les 4 plages, et Ă chaque fois que j'arrivais pour les dĂ©couvrir, je suis tombĂ© Ă genoux en sanglots tellement l'histoire est prĂ©sente et pesante. J'avais l'impression d'ĂȘtre au milieu d'eux et de ressentir leurs prĂ©sences.
J'y Ă©tais pour les 50 ans pour aussi rendre les honneurs Ă mon grand pĂšre qui est revenu par Utah Beach aprĂšs s'ĂȘtre Ă©vadĂ© de France occupĂ©e.
J'y suis retournĂ© pour les 70 ans, Ă la demande de mon fils. J'ai ressenti les mĂȘmes sensations. Et nous devons y retourner pour les 80 ans, et je m'attends Ă la mĂȘme chose.

Thanks Bob. Many in the world today still know what we owe you. The Greatest Generation indeed. I enjoy the freedom I have today because of Bob and his fellow soldiers. Cant thank you all enough.
