Naomi! Birria is a Mexican dish, we sometimes call it "birriamen" combing both words and it is actually kind of heavy with the stomach (as well as the "carnitas" and the "barbacoa").

I'm a florida man, and I used to do the cream soup hack All. The. Time. A couple years back but with chicken and herb cream soup *chef's kiss* Also, try adding extra water and the full seasoning packet instead of extra dairy to get the broth viscosity just right for your taste :) mushrooms and half boiled eggs are PERFECT toppings to make it a full meal ^^ keep eating your broccoli!💜

Melting a piece of cheese into your Shin cup when your noodles are finished cooking not only helps tone down the spice a bit, it will also make the most creamy sauce you've ever had! 😋 (also I usually poach or fry and egg on the side to add in before eating)

The white stuff on the ramen lasagna was ricotta cheese. It’s kinda like cottage cheese, but not as tangy-more cheesy -but a staple in stuffed Italian American meals like stuffed shells, manicotti (my favorite), lasagna and even can be sweeted to make a dessert cannoli (so insanely good!) I live in south NJ right across from Philadelphia and we have some amazing Italian American food!

I was actually eating the knorr mushroom soup while watching your video and it is actually VERRY creamy and delicious you just have to put less water. It has cornstarch so I recommend you mix it with a little bit of cold water before putting it in the hot water. And mix it with a whisk.
