I am Liverpool fan living in Alkmaar so I support AZ Alkmaar. Slot managed AZ before Feyenoord and the job he did there was amazing. He almost won the league with AZ before winning it with Feyenoord. I watch Eredivisie every week and winning the league with Feyenoord is much harder than winning the league with Ajax. Especially when Eric Ten Haag was managing them. Ajax are the Man City of the Netherlands all the money is there. Slot is definitely the Klopp of the Eredivisie.

The pressure on Klopp when he went to Liverpool was higher than it will be for Slot, Liverpool have installed a fantastic infrastructure behind the scenes that Klopp didnt have. From what ive seen of him, his character, charisma and man to man management is superb, playing a more controlled game with lethal attacking options all over the front line. I have a feeling this guy is going to be pretty damn good for them.

Ajax fan here. Slot will do great. Attacking football. Full press. Brought feyenoord to the next level. Slot is a better coach than ten hag. His command of the english language is excellent. He will do very well.

Very happy with the appointment. He plays a similar style to Klopp, so not too much tweaking needed.
