So the past 6 months that cops have been abusing them doing running spikes, spiking stationary vehicles, ramming into spikes at low speeds, setting up spike perimeters, etc. were immersive, but it was just that the spikes instantly appearing is the problem, and you just suddenly realized that and wanted it changed... It's almost like something has recently started happening that has made the PD look at spikes differently... I wonder what that could be...
