You know that Tracy isn't lactose intolerant. He just didn't want to try it because she put her hands in the lobster haha

If you can find it, just after the cheese, add a can of lobster paste. Even if you can't find it, add in any liquid that comes off the lobster. This will give a much more intense lobster flavour. As for the cheese, the sharper/older, the better. I've even added some blue cheese to this.

You can up that game if you cook that roux longer before you add the cheese. Add a little white truffle oil if you have it. You can add a little bit of condensed lobster soup for the flavor to be enhanced even further. And add black pepper.there are seasonings that they could’ve added but oh well.
