Lyrics:
Transport, motorways and tramlines
Starting and then stopping
Taking off and landing
The emptiest of feelings
Disappointed people
Clinging on to bottles
And when it comes it's so, so disappointing
Let down and hanging around
Crushed like a bug in the ground
Let down and hanging around
Shell smashed, juices flowing
Wings twitch, legs are going
Don't get sentimental
It always ends up drivel
One day I am gonna grow wings
A chemical reaction
Hysterical and useless
Hysterical and
Let down and hanging around
Crushed like a bug in the ground
Let down and hanging around
You know, you know where you are with
You know where you are with
Floor collapsing
Floating, bouncing back
And one day (One Day)
I am gonna grow wings
A chemical reaction
Hysterical and useless
Hysterical and
Let down and hanging around
Crushed like a bug in the ground
Let down and hanging around
Let down and hanging around

thank you so much for covering this song, really. this morning i have a meltdown in front of my husband, it's because of the fact that there's an umbilical cord wrapped around my baby boy's neck after my monthly ultrasound. been praying a lot today, tho i feel better now... it was as if this song has spoken to me that "it's gonna be okay, you can cry now"..

I love how this cover signifies the effort of both artists quite well. The guitar at the start is very tame to Andrew's hushed styles, with his ever-splendid backing harmonies by him being an exceptional complement to Ryan's vocals. Then we have the violins slowly commence and it's Sleeping At Last music again, with Andrew's voice in the lead. The high note Andrew does in the bridge is so beautiful as well, and the ending by Ryan is the perfect conclusion to this collab. They took Radiohead's song, gave it its due respects while also sculpting it into their own theme.
