The West Side is a big reason to why I believe Hello, I Must Be Going! is his best album. Just a masterpiece all the way through, Stuermer's guitar licks, Myrick's soothing saxophone, and Phil himself with his punchy drums. Despite being a big pop sensation in the 80s, Phil remained in touch with his drummer self and incorperated things he learned with his time in Genesis and Brand X. No wonder why he chose this song to be played with his big band in the mid/late 90s.

I saw a Phil at Compton terrace in Phoenix Arizona during his no jacket required tour. He played his heart out, and him playing this song had the audience in a trance. Huge fan
