this was a great quick mindfulness exercise. i find body scanning ones easiest to remain present. but remember: mindfulness isn’t about having no thoughts! it’s about recognizing the thoughts you have and being able to pull back into the present :) i hope whoever is reading this has a lovely day/night!

As an 24 autistic person who having a crisis because I am of not having a purpose, friends to hang out with and other problems, and feel like I've wasted my life.
