I respect Nick and his work, both in ring and out. My uncle has worked with him and Mickie for charity events and he said they both were SUPER easy to deal with and VERY professional. Look forward to seeing what’s next for Nick. Good luck!

All I'm gonna say is Billy Corgan is known to be the hardest person to work with. His band, the music labels, MTV, VH1, Impact Wrestling and many of his past wrestlers so far in the NWA.

Incredible interview. Nick Aldis was THE reason to watch NWA. His storytelling alone with the ten pounds of gold was amazing. I am rooting for him and truly hope WWE brings and exposes him to the biggest audience.

Its really refreshing to hear Nick speak about wrestling which such understanding , he's not all about the 5 star match he's about the build he's about the old school values which a lot of proper wrestlers and fans can really appreciate and respect

Nick Aldis brought me back to wrestling. If he shows up in the Royal Rumble, I’m gonna mark out.

The Ten Pounds Of Gold series was just awesome. I really enjoyed Nick and Tim Storm. That style of wrestling is just outstanding. Best of luck to Nick.

You got to take a pause, to appreciate all the sweat equity that Nick Aldis put into the National Wrestling Alliance. But at the end of the day, it is best for all parties to move on. Nick will land on his feet. He's a great talent. The NWA will continue forward.

Seeing NWA coming back into existence was very exciting to see. I loved seeing the return of the belts that were used back in the day. I think Nick Aldis was a great champion for this new NWA. He made the company and title feel prestigious and reminiscent of Ric Flair's reign in NWA. Lately, NWA is missing the mark. They seem to be going forward aimlessly with no direction or organization. I hope for their success but it needs a lot of help. The Nick Aldis vs. Matt Cardona rivalry was going to be great for this company but it was poorly handled.

This man’s knowledge, how he conduct himself, the way he sees and does business is so admirable and refreshing in an old school way.

This man is A star. He is one of the very few reasons I've tuned into any wrestling whatsoever. I hope nothing but the best for him .

I wasn't really familiar with Aldis apart from his All In match against Cody before this interview and I did not know what the situation was with the NWA, but now he is probably one of my favorite wrestling personalities! What a great approach to professional wrestling!

I have to agree with most everything Aldis says here regarding the direction of the NWA. It's unfortunate they have abandoned enhancement matches and have brought in these awful comedy matches and wrestlers. I'll never understand the appeal of silly comedy nonsense in wrestling.

What got me hooked on NWA was the first ten pounds of gold series. It was a real feel MMA style build. It showed Nick and Tim training and talking about their quest for the title. They continued to build on that through the years and I thought I had a real alternative to modern wrestling. Then the pandemic hit and Billy teased something that he thought fans would be excited about. It was carny land...... Since then, NWA has felt less like a sport and more like a cheap TNA Knockoff from Tna's worst years. So thats your vision Billy? Maybe you arent a wrestling mind like you portrayed yourself to be. If thats what Nick wants to get away from, I dont blame him.

I’m glad we got an explanation as to why so much cartoony, hokey stuff made it’s way into the NWA. Billy’s increasing influence. I thought he was always driving the product (his brand, his money, etc) so it’s interesting to know he was hands off at some point.

It’s a shame Nick left. I love the old-school match when he wrestled Ricky Morton on NWA power. That was absolutely an amazing match for old school.
