I'm not really sure where this song came from but I really love it. There have been many conversations over the last year or so with strangers, fans and also people close to me which have made me realise more and more that we all go through some pretty rough times at different stages in our lives. I don't know anyone who hasn't been through horribly low moments at some point and felt completely lost and alone and found it impossible to find a way forward. Thankyou. This for me describes the battle that starts when the unexpected happens, when it feels like all hope is lost and you can't see through the darkness. As well as the daily war between hope and hell often faced by those with mental health challenges and the way that each member of the community can support one another.
