My Nana tells me this story all the time of how when she worked as a bank teller in Vermont around where Ben and Jerry's was founded she opened a bank account for them. That's pretty cool I guess.

Hey nick, I think it would be cool to see you bake/cook something you typically don't or cook something you've never tried/done before or something that's a bit out of your comfort zone against someone who has cooked/baked that for years and specializes in it as a challenge. When I came here as a kid I actually threw up on the playground yet going on the tour as a kid and getting merchandise and ice cream from the factory was great but on the other hand Iβm not sure I have that good of a memory as for some reason I have a vision on a cow with some kind of mutation and a nuclear power plant right down the corner.

Ben and Jerryβs ice cream is absolutely amazing. If you havenβt tried it, you have to! Itβs probably the best you can get from grocery stores or corner stores. Really cool to see how they make their ice cream.

I studied food science/technology, used to do internship in B&J's factory in the Netherlands more than a decade ago. My project was planning initial stage of building bioreactor, to convert their production waste into electricity to make it more sustainable. Very exciting & memorable experience indeed, gained a lot of weight as well, as a result tasting ice cream almost every day ππ
