In the Cars 2 movie, there was a scene at an airport checkpoint where the cars were walking through it with just wheel rims, meaning that the rims are analogous to feet as the rubber wheels are to shoes. Meaning that the car has been standing on those hollow bricks for half a century effectively barefoot, rusting away with his insides exposed to the elements.
