Interesting design on that guitar dosnt seem to have much break angle off the tailpiece but what do you do ,I really like the Mohawk epoxy putty you used ,I just got a few burn in sticks from them but I like that putty alot better now that I saw you using it ,what markers did you use to match the grain Lines ? the Markers I have are not cutting it

Wrong intonation för steel strings perhaps, correct for nylon strings that it should have on and was rather was delivered with from the factory! (At least mine has only ever had nylon strings!)
