The comments were just unlocked on here in 2024, so I thought I would let Sapien Disciples know that this works, but with time. Took about a week for me to notice my cleavage and neck skin tighten up. I also use stem cell videos, but this one worked on my knees and other areas as well. IT TAKES TIME. A good week - 2 weeks and about 3-4 times per day listening.
