Good luck to all the "gifted kids" out there who are going thru a burnout. I believe in you guys and I'm more than sure that y'all will do great in all your exams. Am I the only one? When I listen to an Academic validation playlist I actually cry. The fact that I am not satisfied with my grades, the fact that I study hard and it doesn't pay off, the fact that I am lost, the fact that my life is a miss I can't even have time to study and when I do I don't feel like it. I am so sorry if someone relates and hopefully I am the only one.

To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
โข A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate๐ง
โข Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time๐
โข Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone๐ง
โข a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.โ
โข Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.โจ
โขAnything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy ๐
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. ๐

Trying to do good in math. My teacher doesn't believe I can do it, because I'm ADHD and unmedicated. She literally told me I don't need accommodations, because I don't have a "Real disability" but I need to go to a doctor and get meds because I "Refuse to focus". Playlists like this is really helpful so I can focus on the homework she gives us, and so I can ace the test she's giving us Friday. If I could wear headphones in class, I'd get so much work done. (I REFUSE To fail her class, I'm gonna rub it into her face that I will pass. No matter how terrible she teaches, and no matter how rude she is to kids who struggle and need help.)
