That teenage version of yourself is very normal. So many kids experiment (drugs and alcohol) in this way and come out of it just fine. Try not to be hard on yourself if you have regrets.

You started popping up on my IG page and I had no idea who you were..I thought you were just another fashion/ lifestyle posh influencer 🤭 but then I read you captions, listened under30 podcast and now I have downloaded your app and recorder my own future self audio!
