Also, when she is holding the coffee she has blue and black finger nails which represent reputation and 1989. If you look at the placement of her thumbs, the blue is next to 8 hinting that 1989 will release in august and black next to the 2 for reputation in February.

I think shell is representation of reputation, here's the why: Shell is used as a symbol of reborn, which is exactly what reputation is, so in bejeweled video she recieves shell shaping clock and it says exile ends (being exiled from her own album) countdown scene has cut at 2 and we saw the number two at the end of karma music video coffe cup scene. Black nail polish is in direction of 2 o clock. I think we might get reputation announcement at February 2024. I also noticed that in the bejeweled video Taylor goes in elevator then clicks at 3 it is speak now blah blah we know that but interesting thing is that when elevator goes to 3rd floor means speak now era, taylor walks in a bejeweled room and colorful stones comes to her dress which is her 10 eras, that scene was representation of the eras tour. Donât know if this is mentioned before, but from clouds to coffee cup may hint the lyrics âI had a dream there were clouds in my coffeeâ which is her fav lyrics according to her 73 vogue interview. Maybe this is a hint to her relationship w joe at the time and how itâs clearer now

8:04 I have a theory regarding the nails and the miswritten number 4.
The nails are her nails for the Eras Tour, with 1989 as the fifth album in blue and reputation as the sixth album in black. It's normal that these two are on her two thumbs, as she was too lazy to paint them different. Or it could hint that Midnights is actually a hybrid between 1989 and reputation, it's kinda dark but also upbeat, danceable, in my opinion, since the latte with the clock is in between these two fingers.
Regarding the number 4. It's written in 4 letters "I" because the letters I represent her eras. If you do the maths, 1+2+3+4, it adds up to 10, 10 letters "I", 10 eras. The number 4 also signifies her latest 4 albums as owned by her (Lover, folklore, evermore, Midnights), separated from the first 6 albums (1+2+3=6). Thus, when the hand of the clock on the latte hits 12, it is kind of a metaphor that how karma has helped her on the way throughout her career to finally be able to release Midnights as her 10th era, and her 12th album. Two perfect numbers. In many cultures, such as in many Asian countries, they grade students on the scale of 10, as number 10 signfies wholeness. And the number 12 is seen as perfect in many meanings (e.g., the 12 labors of Hercules, the 12 disciples of Jesus).
