Knowing Brandy Glanvilles past behavior, I certainly believe that she would be capable of being sexually aggressive and inappropriate towards someone, especially if its a shock value situation. Caroline Manzo has the reputation of being level headed and no nonsense in her past behavior. As.far as what Phaedra's perception is, I think she's been inappropriate regarding sexual conversations and responses to others.
I believe Caroline is telling the truth about how Brandy behaved and should continue her law suit towards the production company.

As a victim of sa, believe me your brain is not logical about what happened to you. I can see Caroline trying to make things ok, even when they arenāt. This is why victims often donāt talk about their assault for years. If the woman writing the article is not a psychologist or psychiatrist, her option means nothing.
