Joseph was my good friend when i was living close to his yard!! some people tried to kill him, just in the street in front of my house, put Something in his car which exploded!! but he could come out! i can say: many say they are rastaman, but really many are false! him was a real one!! so kind, helping the youth in the area! helping people! he was living humble in the hills; i will never forget the time i spend with him, in jamaica but also in New York when he was in tour; Joseph Hills, a genuine man, RASPECT IYA!!

Great song! I got to know Culture already in the 80ties and his music immediately captured me by the 'rawness' of it, the authenticity I mean. Culture's voice is an example of that. This song espcially is some kind of encouragement for every rasta who has to cope with prejudices, discrimination etc. But you can be proud te be a rasta! For my own part, I'm a white one, but still live rasta and reggae because after so many years a really can relate to the message and the music. Justice should be there for all mankind, so why not join the struggle for the good cause! Bob Marley really is my prophet. He spoke up and took a stand! He was a visionary man. I had the honour the see him once live in concert in 1980 in Rotterdam Ahoy, during his Uprising Tour. A year later he was no more. Espcially for that reason I cherish the memories of seeing him alive and jamming. But this song from Culture sums it all up!
