Actually the decimal part is similar to the integral part but instead of dividing by 2, it's dividing by 1/2 and switching the roles of quotients and remainders. The result is read top-down instead of bottom-up.

I want to convert 0.088 or 0.018 to binary until the second repeat but i couldnt find repetition for both of them. It is endless. How do i know when to stop when i cant find the repetition?

u should divide the 1 multiply which is equal to 0 but the reminder is 1 so the decimal is 10101
