Hi Thundercat, I know youāll never see this but just putting this positivity out into the universe just so itās there in existence. You are so loved, and so celebrated. Iām so glad youāre here on this earth still with us. Iām sorry that youāve gone through what youāve gone through in getting sober, and have lost who you have lost, and Iām grateful that you are still here & continue to be the gift that you are to this universe. Iāve played your music during the scariest times to calm me down and make me feel ok. I know that alcohol and or drugs puts you in that double life to keep up with addiction. Iām so glad that you got sober and are still here with us. Be kinder to yourself. You have no idea how much the world loves you and bestows kindness upon you for being the beautiful soul that you are. Praying you have an amazing day. You made it through addiction, and are still here, and Iām grateful that I get to put this flower out into the universe while youāre still here with us. Itās hard to think about pre-sobriety, but you have to create new memories in order to distance yourself from the you that you have became healthier from. But give the pre-sober you, love. Love will wash away the hurt and pain, regrets/guilt/shame and so on. Because without the person pre-sobriety, that was the person who got you sober. So thank them, and forgive them (aka all of youš). You are the most lively person, funniest soul ever, and beautiful soul ever. Donāt be so hard on yourself. š«¶
My cousin passed the same way as Mac, and my old neighborhood grew up listening to Mac for guidance. The way I feel about it is that we were lucky to experience the rarest angels on earth while they were here. Earth is beautiful, and so is humanity. Mac is always with you, just as my cousin is always with me. Theyāre in heaven happy and peaceful. That energy is always grounding you on earth, Godsent, I promise. Godbless you. š

I feel so grateful to have grown up with Stephan, Kamasi, Ronald and Cameron. I remember piling into someone's car eating Jack N the Box tacos drinking strawberry banana shakes and listening to Charles Mingus The Clown or Quasimoto The Unseen. He is a beautiful person and he deserves to be loved by the world for more than his talent and genius.
