My border collie, Bette, has a rather unusual habit of "talking" when she is excited about something. I always tell myself that I plan on capturing it on video to show my friends what I really mean when I tell them she does this. It's not a bark, it's not a whimper, she's just "talking." ^^
Needless to say, it didn't work this time but I thought I'd post the attempt anyway. I think I might post them all for a little humor until I actually get it. She very nearly did it this time, but I believe if I have the camera on as soon as we go through the motions of going to get her food dish, we'll get the result I'm hoping for. Excuse the mess, we are still unpacking at our new place. :P
