Long before I realized I was an INFJ, I frequently described myself as someone who would spend an hour figuring out how to do a 30 minute job in 15 minutes. For prospective employers, I'd then point out that that doesn't make any sense for something you're only going to do once, but if you let me optimize something you do every day, I can save you a boatload of money!

Had to smile at predicting outcomes :D Unfortunately I got trangulated by family narcissism pretty much beginning in childhood, and a hoover/discard pattern all through adulthood before the final "purge," (they just wouldn't let me go peacefully, and felt like a prisoner on house arrest while with them). I literally called out there every motivation, step, goal in the process; even predicting where they were going to live based on vacation areas, and this was like a decade before it eventually transpired. Trust your third eye, in the Infj. We aren't necessarily psychics, I think we are incredibly smart, great at gathering information/seeing patterns/puzzles, and strong extroverted feeling gives us the ability to make people transparent. There are fun aspects to being this personality type !?!??!

As a Sigma INFJ it is something that you can't just put down in words, we think that we are small but our shadow shows so much more. Being untouchable and unpredictable is a good treat if you really know that you understand it. To me personally a definition of a personality isn't the fun part, we strife for the unsolved puzzle. We are only complete when we start to know our own strength and limitations. If you have seen Batman how he grows up to become who he is it isn't the ending that speaks everything but it's the struggle through the whole process. From start to finish is the key to success but learning the ropes of how to deal with the process is what counts.

It’s like you’re reading my mind with each video, thank you! I like what I call “mindless art” - and is starting an artist project or session without an actual defined “goal” and see what happens. For example, in the last few days I’ve been doing some abstract paintings 🧑🏻🎨 🖼️ and generally I have no idea 🎨🤷🏻 what is it that I’m painting until I’ve been at it for a while… the I can see all the stuff tumbling in my head 😵💫🫨😑😵💫in front of me. It’s super therapeutic - sometimes I do something similar playing musical 🎶 instruments or writing ✍🏼 - sometimes I go ohh 😲 other times I go oh 😑 often I go uuuhhh 😳 🫢🫨🫠🥳 - highly recommended!

#4 Optimizing describes where I've gotten to in my current job. I've done all I can for what I do and have been finding it harder and harder to be motivated in the least. It confuses me how others there do not understand why a bigger paycheck isn't enough incentive for me to work more hours, especially since the only things I can see remaining to be optimized are team-oriented and too many are unwilling to do anything about it.
So I've had to accept there's nothing left there for me and it's time to move on.

#4 is both entertainment and necessity for me. As an INFJ with ADHD and lower energy from health issues, I /have/ to optimize and find shortcuts or else things like cleaning the bathroom or paying bills on time won't consistently happen. One of those things still doesn't (I haven't given up on it, I'm still testing some ideas).

I at times like disturbing the mental mind of a person to the point where they have no choice but to speak positivity about themselves or of the situation it's awesome and they're like yeah I told you it's amazing how a person and pointing out the things that are usually not pointed out and it gives them a whole new way of thinking cultivating expanding and excavating their own mentality and it's just you should have done that a long time ago
