Weather modification is modern warfare. Tennessee Governor Lee has signed legislation into law that aims to prohibit the intentional release of chemicals into the air in an attempt to modify the weather, temperature, or sunlight intensity. HB2063/SB2691
Similar legislation has been entered across the country in seven other states. Neighboring state Kentucky introduced HB506, and SB217, Rhode Island introduced The Clean Air Preservation Act, New Hampshire entered The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act , Illinois entered a Weather Modification Act, South Dakota entered legislation, Minnesota introduced SF 4630 and HF4687 and Connecticut entered SB302. Sorry Nebraska, you're politicians want the state of emergency cash flow.
