I remember this album was one of my favourites back when I was 19 years old and just started suffering from heavy panic attack which caused me to stay inside for weeks. It helped me get through some shitty times.
I still don’t have my anxiety under control for 100% but I am in a much better place than I was back then, yet I still feel a little nostalgic for those times.
